A 30-year-old single detective (Nagase Tomoya), who is under the illusion that he is popular with females is called 'Unubore' by friends. He is an ultra romantic and susceptible to conceitedness. Even after dumped by his girlfriend, Rie, he has such a strong desire to marry to the extent that he has bought an apartment for his newlywed life. He falls in love with female criminals at first sight each time.
He always consult with his friends in the bar - called Unubore 4 - a homeless actor Honjo Sadame (Ikuta Toma), a patissiere Matsuoka Seishiro (Kaname Jun), nude photographer Anai Kiichi (Yahagi Ken) and love motivator Kurihashi Makoto (Bando Mitsugoro).
While the sheer desire to meet wraps around him, he will get proof that the female is the culprit. And so, he will thrust both the arrest warrant and marriage papers at her, proposing with the words, "If you marry me, I won’t arrest you." If that still does not work, he will hold out an engagement ring and his handcuffs. In the end, the criminal will choose to be arrested and his heart will be broken. He will cry as he puts the handcuffs on her.
PS : Nagase Tomoya's acting's as hillarious as usual, i like the part when he dance if he wanted to propose-arrest the criminal woman.*laugh*
The female culprits were starred by many famous actresses, such as Kato Ai, Aoi Yuu, Toda Erika, Koyuki, etc.
Ikuta Toma played as Honjo Sadame, one of Unubore's friend. His style in this dorama is really hillarious.....he even wear a long dress-lookand i can't help but laugh *gomen Toma chu~* please watch this dorama if you curious. LOL
There was a scene in episode 8 where both Unubore and his father propose-arrest a woman together *while crying of course*
